Due to yesterday’s National Lockdown announcement due to commence on the 5th November, we will be forced to close our beautiful showroom once again. This is due to Baby Equipment Stores being classed as “non-essential”.
Although we are closed – We are open!
Due to living on site, we will be in store behind the scenes as we were in Lockdown 1.0. On Tuesdays through to Saturdays we will be in store to answer the phone and respond to your emails, Facebook & Instagram messages.
We are still taking orders
We will be operating a “Click & Collect” system where you can order over the phone and then collect from us when you’re ready to do so. Due to being able to operate like this we can still offer our usual service of a 40% deposit upon ordering. (Don’t forget we offer Free Storage!)
As a family we are absolutely gutted that we cannot be open but in the same thought, totally support our governments decision, especially if it means we can be together come Christmas Day.
Appointments between 6th November & 2nd December
Unfortunately because we will be closed to the public, we won’t be able to facilitate the appointment in store, however, we will be in touch with you over the next few days to pass on details on switching this to a video consultation where we can still answer your questions, do full product demonstrations and help you find the pram/travel system for you!
We kindly ask you to bear with us if you would like to know the status of your order. We have already been inundated with messages, phone calls & emails and we are working our way through them but may take abit of time.` We will be getting in touch with all suppliers to learn the status of all back orders and if this affects your order, we will be in touch to notify you. If you do not hear from us then please feel assured that your order isn’t affected and is due to be with us as planned.
If you have been notified your order is with us and you would like to collect, please let us know by emailing us at email@example.com
Finally, we just want to say Thank you. Thank you for your continued support. Lottie is certainly feeling the hit with Freddie only being 5months old when going in to the first lockdown and now he is 13months and running around going into the second one. So we fully appreciate how uncertain and frustrating these times are, especially for those starting a new family or those who have little ones so are truly trying our upmost to ensure we are there for you when you need us to be.
